Usually good dental practice. However the unprofessional behaviour of the overweight lady receptionist working 19/01/2018 has prompted me to write a serious complaint about her behaviour to the primary trust. Beware this one member of staff, she seems to need further training urgently in customer service and managing conflict situations.
