Small and expensive the most expensive in thurso but easy to find as it's on the main road into town so he commands an easily caught audience
As a regular customer of this garage and it's usually polite staff I was disgusted at how I was treated recently. Having fuelled the car for 20.01 I had 20 exactly in my bank account and 0.01 in cash. I offered to pay the cash and the remaining 20 on a visa debit. This option was refused!!! Apparently the system cannot cope with 1p being paid in by cash. This has forced me to have to sign a "drive off notice" and wasted my time when I had the means to pay and offered to pay twice. Needless to say having been a customer of Bridgend for years and a regular customer for at least the past 12 months I will not be buying fuel at this garage again for the next 6 months as I refuse to allow money from sales made to me to fund such petty staff. All over 1p!!! Pathetic service on this occasion, and a disgusting attitude from the staff member who was working Sunday 2nd September 2018.
