Don't let the modest exterior fool you - inside, this is a very comfortable and well appointed place to stay. It drops a couple of stars for service though ... particularly at dinner. We could hear the waiter and the chef arguing every time he went back in the kitchen. Though that could have been because of the air of silence in the dining room from the lack of any background music. We ordered a packed breakfast for the next morning as we were leaving early for the ferry. Better than nothing but rather poor. In summary, great rooms, so-so food.
