Parked to go to the beach. The area would be great. Right on the beach. Clean with good facilities. The beach is to die for. Clean water large stretch of soft sand. Check tide times if going for a walk
We were travelling with a motorhome middle/end of August 2018. Lovely and helpful wardens/owners. Real clean and hygienic sanitary and dishwashing facilities, pitches on grass but even and flat. Very well looked after. Perfect location on a wonderful long sandy beach, not far away from Dunnet Head and John o' Groats. Perfect for us traveling with a 12year old child. 5 stars from us!
What a marvellous place. Just home after 5 days at Dunnet Bay; we didn't want to leave! The site has excellent facilities, very clean, and extremely well kept by Mel and Bev the wardens who were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Over the grassy dunes is the long curved sandy beach, glorious waves rolling in and providing endless fun. A large wood just across the road with windy well-maintained tracks and plenty to discover.We'll be back!
Lovely site. Lovely expansive beach, great walks (for dogs too). Very informative and friendly staff. Great views.
