This is a very basic hotel, but very well run and the food is shockingly good. The owners could not be more accommodating and helpful. They do not have an elevator, which may be an issue for some travelers, but if you're okay with a small, basic room, it's clean and comfortable, and our breakfasts and dinners there were a treat.
Stayed midweek when travelling for work, very peaceful night in a comfortable room. Very welcoming and friendly staff.The hotel doesn't look much from outside, but has been decorated internally very well.
Had room with two single beds (just me in the room). Very good comfy bed and lovely pillows. Could not feel any springs which surprisingly is getting a little uncommon! Staff friendly, reasonable bar prices. You can eat in either bar or restaurant. Good WiFi.
